    Chemical properties: insoluble in water, soluble in acid and alkali, slowly soluble in acetic acid, ammonia. It has strong reducing property and emits hydrogen with acid and alkali. Moistened by moisture, stable in dry air, and white basic carbonate formed in moist air to cover the surface. The air burns a blue-green flame to produce zinc oxide. The purity of ruthenium is slower than that of sulfuric acid and nitric acid. When a small amount of other metals such as steel, tin and lead are contained, the reaction is accelerated.

    Product uses: water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc silicate plant primer, inorganic zinc silicate anti-rust paint, epoxy zinc-rich primer, fluorocarbon paint, etc. The zinc powder treated by coating can be directly added to the aqueous solution or the aqueous resin, and can also be added to the solvent to fill the domestic blank, which is an international leading level.

    Zinc anti-corrosion coating production: Anti-corrosion of steel components is the main use of metal zinc. The coating methods include hot-plating, electroplating, thermal spraying, zinc-rich coating, powder plating, etc. Among them, hot forging is the most important method. Zinc-rich coatings are mainly used for large components that are not suitable for heat transfer and electroplating, such as coating of large outdoor steel structures (marine engineering, bridges, pipelines, highway guardrails, etc.), ships, containers, etc. Depending on the film-forming binder, zinc-rich coatings can be classified into organic zinc-rich coatings and inorganic zinc-rich coatings. Organic zinc-rich coatings are commonly used as film-forming binders for epoxy esters, epoxy resins, chlorinated rubbers, vinyl series greases and polyurethane resins.
